(A) It is unlawful for any person to install, repair or relocate any sewer service line.
(B) All work shall be inspected and approved by the town before being covered.
(C) All new sewer service lines shall be installed to the town’s construction specifications.
(D) All sewer service lines shall be installed at the center of the lot as measured perpendicular to the property line unless otherwise approved by the Town Administrator.
(E) Sewer service lines shall be sized in accordance with the town’s plumbing code.
