§ 53.068 CONSISTENCY WITH CLEAN WATER ACT REQUIREMENTS.

This subchapter shall take precedence over any terms or conditions of agreements or contracts between the town and wastewater treatment system users which are inconsistent with the requirements of Section 204(b)(1)(A) of the Clean Water Act (33 USC 1251 et seq., as amended).
