The funds received for the collection of the rates and charges provided in this chapter shall be deposited as received with the Town Secretary, who shall keep the same in a separate fund designated as the Wastewater Operation and Maintenance Fund. Subject to the provisions of any ordinance, monies in said Fund shall be used for the payment of the cost and expense of operation, maintenance, repair and management of the system.
