§ 53.061  INTENT.
   The intent of this subchapter is to ensure that each recipient of waste treatment services will pay its proportionate share of the costs of operation and maintenance (including replacement) and to provide the town’s waste treatment system with a self-sufficient source of funds with respect to operation and maintenance costs.
