It shall be the duty of the officer in charge of the Sewer Department, or his or her duly authorized agents, to enter all premises as may be necessary in the enforcement of this chapter and he or she is so empowered; and it is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to interfere with any inspection being made by the Town Plumbing Inspector, or the officer in charge of the Sewer Department, or his or her authorized agents, in carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
