§ 52.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any section of §§ 52.01 through 52.05 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed the maximum penalty permitted under State of Texas law. Each and every day that the person, firm, or corporation shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense and punishable as such.
