For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PARKWAY-UTILITY EASEMENT. The area of real property located between the curb of streets with curbs or edge of the used street for streets without curbs and the property line of each acre or acres.
UTILITY COMPANY. Any public or private utility engaged in the furnishing of electricity, phone service, or gas service to all or any part of the incorporated Town of Lakeside.
