§ 51.06  GENERAL PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to sweep, throw, or deposit any brush, debris, garbage, yard waste, hazardous waste, special waste, trash or dead animals, fish or fowl into, upon or along any drain, drainage ditch, gutter, alley, sidewalk, street, or vacant lot or upon any public or private premises within the town limits of the Town of Lakeside other than as is provided in this chapter.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any individual person or officer, director, employee, agent, or partner of any business entity owning, occupying, or otherwise in control of any land or premises located within the town limits of the Town of Lakeside to permit any accumulation or deposit of any garbage, debris, brush, yard waste, hazardous waste, special waste, or trash onto, into, upon, or along existing property owned, leased, occupied, or controlled by the individual person or business entity.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any individual person, or officer, director, employee, agent, or general partner, or for a corporation or partnership, to allow the accumulation or deposit of any hazardous waste or special waste onto, into, upon or along any existing property located within the town limits of the Town of Lakeside.
