For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CITY COUNCIL. The City Council of the Town of Lakeside, Texas.
PERSON. Any individual, partnership, co-partnership, firm, company, corporation, association, joint stock company, trust, estate, governmental entity, or any other legal entity, or its legal representatives, agents, successors, or assigns.
TOWN. The Town of Lakeside, Texas.
WELLS. Any and all water wells owned and operated now or in the future by the town, the precise locations of which shall be identified on maps or plats maintained by the town in the Town Secretary’s office.
