(A) It is unlawful for anyone to make any connection to the town water system without first obtaining a permit from the town and paying all required fees.
(B) All requests for water service shall be in writing on forms furnished by the town.
(C) Customers for town water service shall be connected to the town sewer system, if available, before water service will be allowed.
(D) Water service will not be available outside the town limits unless the property owner has formally requested annexation by the town or service is approved by the Director of Public Works.
(E) All newly constructed real property shall connect to the town water system if available before occupancy is allowed.
