§ 50.051  DISCONTINUATION OF WATER SERVICE.
   The town shall discontinue water service (remove meter and/or water lines) to any premises for any of the following reasons or acts:
   (A)   Willful or negligent damage or destruction to any part, section or component of the town water system;
   (B)   Violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter.
