§ 33.08 EFFECTIVE DATE FOR CERTAIN PROVISIONS.

This chapter shall become effective on March 21, 2013 provided that it has previously been determined by the actuary for the System that all obligations of the town to the municipality accumulation fund, including obligations hereby undertaken, can be funded by the town within its maximum contribution rate and within its amortization period.
