(A) Application of rules. This chapter shall be considered a part of the contract with every person who takes water supplied by the Water Department and every such person shall be considered as having expressed agreement to be bound by this chapter.
(B) Discontinuance of service. Water service shall be shut off at the stop box connection when it is determined that the fees and charges provided in this chapter have not been paid as required by this chapter.
