(A) Information obtained from the records, maps, employees, and the like, of the Water Department relative to the location of water mains and service pipes will be furnished to licensed plumbers and interested parties, but the Water Department does not guarantee the accuracy of the same.
(B) The Water Department does not guarantee the consumer any fixed pressure or a continuous supply. In emergencies, water may be shut off without notice.
