Consumers shall prevent unnecessary waste of water and keep all water outlets closed when not in actual use. If unnecessary waste of water takes place the Water Department reserves the right to cut off the supply. The Water Department reserves the right to prohibit the use of water for yard sprinklers, elevators, air conditioners, coolers, and large consumers of water when in the judgement of the Water Department, it shall be necessary to do so.
