§ 52.35 VALVES ON LARGER METERS.
   Meters one and one-half inches in size and larger shall be bypassed, and shall have a suitable valve on either side of the water meter and a valve on the bypass, which will be sealed by the Water Department. An owner may opt to install two meters, instead of one meter and a bypass.
