§ 51.035 ESTABLISHMENT OF AND CHARGING OF FEES.
   (A)   Sanitary sewer connection permit fees will be established by resolution of the City Council.
   (B)   Sanitary sewer connection fees will be charged anytime a sanitary sewer service line connection is installed, repaired, or replaced.
