§ 150.03 RELATING TO BUILDING TYPE.
   (A)   No cellar, garage, tent, recreational vehicle, travel trailer, cargo container, basement with unfinished structure above, or accessory building shall at any time be used as a permanent dwelling unit. In all residential zoning districts of the city, unless prohibited elsewhere in this code or by other regulations, a recreational vehicle may be occupied on a temporary basis not exceeding 14 days per calendar year. Recreational vehicles shall not be occupied for any length of time in any other zoning districts.
   (B)   (1)   No cellar, garage, tent, recreational vehicle, travel trailer, cargo container, basement with unfinished structure above, shall at any time be used as an accessory unit.
      (2)   Pursuant to authority granted by M.S. § 462.3593, Subdivision 9, the city opts-out of the requirements of M.S. § 462.3593, which defines and regulates temporary family health care dwellings.
