§ 154.01 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.
   No building, structure, or premises shall hereafter be used or occupied and no structure or part thereof shall hereafter be located, erected, moved, reconstructed, extended, enlarged, or converted without a zoning permit and shall be in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
