§ 153.999 PENALTY.
   Anyone violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense punishable by a fine of not more than $700 or by a commitment to jail for a period not to exceed 90 days. Each month during which compliance is delayed shall constitute a separate offense.
