§ 150.02 SECURING DEMOLITION SITES; REMOVAL OF DEBRIS AND WASTE MATERIALS.
   (A)   Securing hazardous demolition sites. Immediately after demolition of any building or structure, the owner or authorized agent shall securely barricade all basement excavations and other holes or openings. Within ten days after demolition of any building or structure, the owner or authorized agent shall complete the following work:
      (1)   Securely cap and seal all gas, water, and oil pipelines disconnected from building;
      (2)   Securely close and seal any sanitary piping located on the property;
      (3)   Fill with dirt or sand any septic tanks or cesspools located on the property;
      (4)   Fill any openings, excavations, or basements remaining on land with dirt or sand to the natural level of adjoining property;
      (5)   Remove any buried underground tanks formerly used for storage of flammable liquids as may be required by the Fire Department; and
      (6)   Remove all refuse, debris, and waste materials from property.
   (B)   Removal of debris and waste materials. The following articles must be removed from the demolition site and deposited at a designated site: stone, sod, earth, concrete, glass, and any other building materials.
