§ 112.56 FEES.
   (A)   All application for licenses shall be accompanied by the required fee, for which the City Clerk-Treasurer shall give the applicant a receipt.
   (B)   All such fees shall be paid into the general fund of the city. Upon rejection of an application for license, the Clerk-Treasurer shall refund the amount paid.
      (1)   The annual fee for a club license shall be $200 for on sale only.
      (2)   The annual fee for a hotel or restaurant license shall be $3000 for on sale only.
   (C)   All licenses shall expire at noon on January 1 in each year.
