§ 112.55 AUTHORITY TO GRANT LICENSES.
   The City Council, by split liquor referendum of June 23, 1981, is authorized to issue “on sale” intoxicating liquor licenses to clubs, hotels, and restaurants as defined in M.S. § 340a.101, as it may be amended from time to time.
