§ 112.36 PLACE OF CONSUMPTION.
   (A)   No intoxicating or 3.2% malt liquor shall be consumed in a public park, on a public street, or in any public place.
   (B)   Special licenses may be issued for the sale and consumption of 3.2% malt liquor in designated public places.
