§ 112.35 FEES.
   (A)   All application for licenses shall be accompanied by the required fee, for which the City Clerk-Treasurer shall give the applicant a receipt. All such fees shall be paid into the general fund of the city. Upon rejection of an application for license, the Clerk-Treasurer shall refund the amount paid.
      (1)   The annual fee for a license shall be $50 for “on sale.”
      (2)   The annual fee for a license shall be $50 for “off sale.”
   (B)   All licenses shall expire at noon January 1, each year; provided that for any license applied for after January 1, the fee shall be pro-rated monthly portions of the license year remaining.
