Violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a petty misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a sentence of not more than the maximum fine imposed under the laws of the State of Minnesota for petty misdemeanor violations. This chapter is also enforceable through the city administrative penalty ordinance.
