(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Violation of § 90.01 shall be a misdemeanor and shall be a sentence of not more than the maximum fine and period of incarceration imposed under the laws of the State of Minnesota for misdemeanor violations. Section 90.01 may be enforced through the city administrative penalty ordinance.
