§ 71.06 PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE.
   The operation, parking, or use of a motor vehicle in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be prima facie evidence that said motor vehicle was, at the time of such violation, driven, operated, parked, and used by the registered owner thereof.
