§ 71.04 TRUCK PARKING.
   (A)   The City Council, by resolution, may establish truck parking zones within the city on designated streets, city parking lots, or other public areas. On request of the private landowner and for good cause shown the City Council may, by resolution, establish truck parking zones on private property located in a commercial zone. Any truck parking zones so established shall be marked by appropriate signs. No person shall park or leave standing any commercial or other vehicle of more than one ton capacity in any area of the city, public or private, not designated as a truck parking zone for a period in excess of 30 minutes.
   (B)   Commercial and other vehicles of more than one ton capacity may be parked in a designated truck parking zone provided such parking complies with all other provisions of this chapter.
