§ 94.02 EXEMPTIONS.
   Outdoor fires for the purpose of cooking only, contained in receptacles intended for cooking and in good repair for such and indoor fires in fireplaces in good repair and meeting minimum building code restrictions are exempt from the provisions of this chapter.
