§ 91.15 ANIMAL BITTEN BY ANOTHER ANIMAL. 
   It shall be the duty of any person owning or harboring a dog, cat or other domestic animal which has been attacked or bitten by another dog, cat or other domestic animal showing symptoms of rabies, to immediately notify the Police Department or the Animal Control Officer that such person has such dog, cat or other domestic animal in his or her possession. Such person shall comply with all lawful orders and requirements of the Police Department and the Animal Control Officer.
