§ 91.05 APPLICATION GENERALLY. 
   The Village Clerk shall accept applications for and issue Oakland County licenses. It shall be the duty of the owner of the dog or cat to file with the Village Clerk an application for a dog or cat license, setting forth the name and residence of the applicant, the breed, sex, age and color of the dog, and such other information as may be required. An application for a license shall be accompanied by proof of vaccination of the dog for rabies by a certificate of a current vaccination for rabies, with a vaccine licensed by the United States Department of Agriculture, signed by an accredited veterinarian. The certificate of vaccination for rabies shall state the month and year of expiration for the rabies vaccination in the veterinarian's opinion.
