The Police Chief and officers of the police department, or such code officials as are designated by the Village Manager, are hereby authorized to issue and serve appearance tickets to any person, firm or corporation determined to have been in violation of the provisions of this chapter and shall be responsible for a misdemeanor and subject to the provisions of § 10.99(A)(2).
