§ 96.30 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   A RESIDENT is defined as an individual who owns, rents, leases or resides in real property within the boundaries of the Village of Lake Orion.
