§ 33.04 ACTING FINANCE DIRECTOR/TREASURER.
   In case of the absence from the village of the Finance Director/Treasurer, or his or her disability or inability from any cause to act as Director, the Village Manager shall designate and appoint another competent person to act as Finance Director/Treasurer during such absence or disability.
