§ 157.11 LAND DIVISIONS NOT REQUIRING PLATTING.
   Dividing and partitioning land outside the boundaries of a subdivision as regulated by §§ 157.01 through 157.12 shall be consistent with the provisions of §§ 157.20 through 157.27 of this code.
