The Village Council may approve by resolution design and construction standards, including, but not limited to the following subject matters:
(A) Clearing, grading and surface drainage;
(B) Soil erosion control;
(C) Storm water management;
(D) Storm sewers;
(E) Wetlands;
(F) Flood plains;
(G) Streets, driveways, pedestrian facilities and paving;
(H) Water mains;
(I) Sanitary sewer collection systems; and
(J) Franchised utilities.
