§ 97.08 WAIVER REQUESTS.
   (A)   Within ten working days of the receipt of a false alarm notice, an alarm user wishing a waiver based on one of the conditions enumerated in § 97.06, may file a written request for waiver of the false alarm fee.
   (B)   The request for waiver shall be directed to the Chief of Police and shall contain documentation of the condition, as outlined in § 97.06, that is the basis of the application for waiver.
   (C)   Within ten working days of the receipt of the application for waiver of fee by the Police Department, the Chief of Police shall make a determination, approving or disapproving the application, and shall notify the alarm user of his decision in writing.
   (D)   In the event that the alarm user is not satisfied with the decision rendered by the Chief of Police, within ten working days of the receipt of the written decision of the Chief of Police, the alarm user may file an additional written request for waiver of the false alarm fee and required documentation with the Village Manager.
   (E)   Within ten working days of the receipt of the request for waiver, the Village Manager or his designated representative shall review the request, make a determination, approving or disapproving the application, and shall notify the alarm user of his decision in writing. The decision of the Village Manager shall be final.
