§ 95.19 ENFORCING OFFICERS.
   The Health Officer and any deputy, agents, or inspectors designated by him, are hereby empowered to perform the duties and functions and are hereby given like authority of regularly authorized and appointed police officers of the village in the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.
