§ 90.05 ABANDONED VEHICLES DECLARED NUISANCES.
   The presence of a dismantled, partially dismantled, inoperable or abandoned motor vehicle, or parts of a motor vehicle in violation of the terms of this chapter is hereby declared to be a public nuisance.
