§ 90.03 VEHICLES ABANDONED ON PUBLIC AREAS, STREETS AND ALLEYS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to place any dismantled, partially dismantled, or inoperable motor vehicle on any public parking lot, street, alley, or any other public area of the village.
