(A) The village shall mark designated parking spaces and erect or place signage indicating the maximum period of time a motor vehicle may be parked, which shall not exceed two hours or such shorter period of time as may be approved by resolution of the Village Council for certain designated parking spaces.
(B) Every motor vehicle shall park within the marked parking spaces except that a vehicle which is too large to be parked within a single parking space shall be permitted to occupy two spaces.
