§ 71.26 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOTOR VEHICLE. An operable, self-propelled vehicle designed, intended or used for the transportation of property and/or one or more persons, with current registration (license plates).
