§ 70.30 WEIGHT LIMIT.
   No person, firm or corporation shall operate a commercial motor vehicle that has an unloaded gross weight in excess of 5,000 pounds upon local streets as defined under state law unless the owner of the motor vehicle has:
   (A)   Its principal place of business within the village, and it is necessary for the storage of the vehicle to use local streets, and in such case the use of said local streets shall be by the shortest and most direct route from the closest major street to the place of storage;
   (B)   Is a governmental or public utility, and the use of the vehicle is for specific need and purpose within the village; or
   (C)   The use of the vehicle is for an isolated or specific local delivery within the village.
