§ 70.15 PART 821 OF THE NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT ADOPTED.

The Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, being Act 451 of the Public Acts of 1994, M.C.L.A. §§ 324.82101 to 324.82160, as amended now and in the future, is hereby adopted by reference as an ordinance of the village.
