§ 30.53 ACTING DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS.
   In case of the absence from the village of the Director of Public Works, or his or her disability or inability from any cause to act as Director, the Village Manager shall designate and appoint another competent person to act as Director of Public Works during such absence or disability.
