It shall be unlawful to employ in any premises used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor any minor to work in or about any premises or to engage in any way in the handling, preparation or distribution of such liquor. In addition, all bartenders and servers in any bar or restaurant shall take a Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training (BASSET) course and have such certification available for village inspections at all times while serving alcohol.
