§ 9.10 RECORDS.
   The Liquor Control Commissioner shall keep or cause to be kept a complete record of all such licenses issued and shall furnish the Clerk and Finance Director and Chief of Police each with a copy thereof upon the issuance of any new license, or the revocation of any old license.
