(A)
The Village Board shall allow for licenses of the following nature and in the following quantities.
(1) The Village Board will from time to time will determine the number of Class A licenses in the corporate limits of the village with the advice of the Liquor Control Commissioner;
(2) The Village Board will from time to time will determine the number of Class BB licenses in the corporate limits of the village with the advice of the Liquor Control Commissioner;
(3) The Village Board will from time to time will determine the number of Class C licenses in the corporate limits of the village with the advice of the Liquor Control Commissioner;
(4) The Village Board will from time to time will determine the number of Class D licenses in the corporate limits of the village with the advice of the Liquor Control Commissioner;
(5) The Village Board will from time to time will determine the number of Class DD licenses in the corporate limits of the village with the advice of the Liquor Control Commissioner;
(6) The Village Board will from time to time will determine the number of Class F licenses in the corporate limits of the village with the advice of the Liquor Control Commissioner;
(7) The Village Board will from time to time determine the number of Class H licenses in the corporate limits of the village with the advice of the Liquor Control Commissioner; and
(8) The Village Board will from time to time determine the number of ancillary licenses available in the corporate limits of the village with the advice of the Liquor Control Commissioner. There shall be one license created under this section.
(B) In the event that any person, firm or corporation holding a local license in the county of McHenry or the county of Lake shall be annexed to the village, the village shall issue a license upon annexation of the property to the village in compliance with this section regardless of the numerical limitation on licenses. The license issued shall be of the same type and nature that was issued by said county. Any license issued as a result of annexation of property to the village shall be considered in computing the number of licenses and limitations thereon.
