§ 3.44 FINES FOR AUTOMATIC TRAFFIC LAW VIOLATIONS.

For any automatic traffic law violation the fine shall be $100. Failure to pay the fine and/or fee or complete a required traffic education program within 30 days of issuance of the notice of final determination shall result in an additional $100 late payment fine.
